Ok, yes maybe it was the smell of bacon that made this wedding special. But, it had plenty of other elements as well that put it over the top. I love morning weddings. Jeanice and Dirk wanted a smaller more intimate environment for their wedding and decided on the gorgeous Loose Mansion to host both the ceremony and reception. They also elected to hold the ceremony earlier in the day and to serve a brunch instead of a typical evening dinner.
Surrounded by their immediate friends and family, it was a perfect atmosphere that suited their personalities. Jeanice was escorted down the aisle by her adoring son and Dirk practically ran half-way down the aisle to meet her.
Loose Mansion applied their usual outstanding culinary skills with a full brunch spread and omelets made to order.
In spite of the wedding being later in the year, the temperatures held up for us and I took advantage of the great exteriors of Loose Mansion and also had the couple walk around the surrounding tree lined streets. It was a perfect way to start the day.
